Anniversary, Cake and a Competition

My lovely parents celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary this year! To celebrate I wanted to get them something special and of course with it being their first anniversary a paper gift was a must. It took me a long time to decide what I wanted to get them but settled on a guest book for their home.

Their dining room has a seaside theme so I chose a gorgeous guest book from HomeSense to match. It has beach huts on and I thought they could get everyone who visits to write in it and give them memories to look back on in years to come.

I also got my Mum a cute little spoon from Toys R Us of all places that was ceramic with a duck on. She likes small cute things and I thought it would be nice to add to her collection.

As well as these gifts we ordered them a cake from Baker Days with a message from the whole family on. The Letterbox Gift Cakes are super easy to personalise and are delivered through the post. They fit through the post box too so no need to make a trip to the post office if you miss delivery.

The cake comes in a lovely little tin complete with candles and balloons. They smell so good too, ours was vanilla and it was heavenly. I would say the 5 inch letterbox cake serves 4 small portions but it is more of a gesture than about full blown cake eating. For a cakefest you can order Small, Medium and Large cakes that feed from 10 to 55 people!

The cakes also come in a variety of flavours. Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Fruit Cake and Gluten or Dairy Free options. Starting at just £14.99 they are a great little gift idea for your loved ones, with a choice of cupcakes and photo cakes too you can even upload their face onto the cake!

Whether it is Birthdays, Anniversary's or just to make someone smile these Baker Days cakes are delicious and great fun.

I have been lucky enough to offer a Letterbox Cake to one of you lovely people! All information is in the Gleam form below.
